The Pilot skill represents your character's ability to operate starship or aerospace craft which maneuver in a three-dimensional plane. The Pilot skill applies to all scales of flight craft, and may be further specialized for fighters, transports, or capital ship classes. If applicable, please select the appropriate specialization.
Specializations
Aerospace Piloting
The skill required for operating atmospheric craft such as air speeders, both military and civilian models.
Capital Piloting
The ability to operate the helm of any capital scale (approximately 100 plus meters) ship.
Starfighter Piloting
The ability to operate high performance spacecraft known as starfighters or snub fighters.
Starship Piloting
The ability to operate small to large scale transports used for cargo, military or personnel transport
Submersible Piloting
The skill necessary to operate underwater vehicles effectively.
Benchmarks
- 1 - 10: Fly in a wide open space with very few obstacles.
- 11 - 20: Fly in a mostly open space with a moderate amount of obstacles.
- 21- 30: Fly in a tight space with multiple obstacles.
Modifiers
- +5 or more to the difficulty if environment has poor visibility or other hampering effect (at GM’s discretion)
