Description
The Zygerrians were a humanoid feline species from Zygerria. They exhibited a feline appearance, marked by pronounced angular features, large pointed ears, prominent fangs protruding from their jaws, and claws extending from their hands. They originally evolved from a horned sentient canine species and built a powerful empire based on capturing and selling slaves. In the days of the Old Republic, Zygerria was a dominant power that supplied slave labor to the galaxy, benefiting both the Zygerrians and their customers. Their trade was eventually outlawed by the Old Republic, and the Jedi liberated countless slaves, leading to a deep-seated hatred among the Zygerrians for the Jedi.
