Description

The Umbarans, often referred to as the Shadow People, were a near-human species hailing from the planet Umbara. Distinguished by their pale, bluish skin and colorless eyes, Umbarans were known for their remarkable talent in manipulation, leading to rumors of mind-control abilities.

Their society on the gloomy world of Umbara was intricately organized, characterized by a caste system, where individuals continually schemed to ascend socially. This ambitious society was coupled with highly advanced technology, surpassing that of most galactic species. While Umbarans were proficient in speaking Galactic Basic Standard, they predominantly used their native language, consisting of a 26-letter alphabet.

A traditional Umbaran garment was the voluminous shadow cloak. Their home planet, Umbara, was shrouded in fog and fraught with danger, located within the Ghost Nebula sector.
