Klatooinian (pl.: Klatooinians) are a species of humanoids known to often work as bounty hunters. Their homeworld Klatooine is dominated by deserts and drylands. They are known for their fierce determination and to be loyal, stalwart companions. Naturally they are hard to discourage or offend. In battle, many fear their ferocity.
They were known for their strong physique and menacing appearance, which often led them to work as henchmen, bounty hunters, and bodyguards in the criminal underworld. Their distinguishing features included prominent brows and visible teeth. Klatooinians had a range of skin colors from green to brown and were commonly used as laborers due to their physical strength. Klatooinians were sometimes force-sensitive, and their species was spread across the galaxy. In the aftermath of the fall of the Galactic Empire, Klatooinians were involved in power struggles and alliances in places like Tatooine and the desert planet Sorgan. Additionally, some Klatooinians engaged in commerce, like Bolza Grool, who sold gorgs on the Colossus, a fuel depot on the ocean planet Castilon.
