Do You Want to Punch Him
Date of Scene: 30 October 2025
Location: Kublop Springs - Tenoo - Outer Rim
Synopsis:
Cast of Characters: 159, 418, Ellari Zin, Navi, Cayde Alexis, Zetha Rumir, Volken Mons

Athena (159) has posed:
Night has fallen on Tenoo. The two moons have risen, and midnight is looming only an hour away.

Despite this, the Mandalorians are likely awake, aware, and have business to conduct.

Earlier that day, they'd taken the Baron Kasseady hostage, having found him and who would appear to be his twin brother, Caine, in the gorge. Now, the time has come for answers. Hopefully.

Jorn (418) has posed:
Something about this doesn't sit right. Jorn will try to run any scan or censor test Ellari's ship has available. Plus, both will be bound and restrainted. The mando would do everything in his power to make sure of that. Still, he's trying to make sure these two are who they claim to be. Finding them naked feels too weird and easy to be true.

Ellari Zin has posed:
Answers indeed. The two of them have been dragged back to the Amber Clad. At least she provided them with some spare sets of underwear, so that they can at least have some measure of dignity. She's not -that- depraved.

Anyway, she cuts straight to the chase. "So...I've heard one of you is only a year old." she tells them, her gaze moving between them. "Maybe it's just a rumor, but it has to have come from somewhere. Still, I heard there is a Jedi here who can discern truth from lie. If I were you, I would much rather volunteer the truth, than have it forced out of me."

Navi has posed:
Navi has been aboard since the two were brought back. "That thing about the Jedi? It's true," she says, supporting Ellari. "It's also rumored to be pretty unpleasant to have him rooting around in your mind."

She's not about to mention that it's Cayde, and that he just can't discern personal privacy from public record... why would /that/ make them talk?

Athena (159) has posed:
"I'm cold," one of them says petulantly. Perhaps he really is only one year old. "I said I'd give you answers, after being provided a bath and clean clothes. Neither of which you've provided." He looks to Jorn, and then Ellari. For now, the other remains silent, and dejected.

Jorn (418) has posed:
Jorn wrestles with visions of a large cold water supply and a fire brigade hose. "I'm waiting on some results first. Then we'll bathe you, cloth you and you'll sing like a hungry porg," Jorn says back matter of factly as he waits for the scanners to come back with some answers.

Ellari Zin has posed:
"The mind is such a terrible thing to lose, isn't it?" Ellari remarks, smirking and folding her arms. "Arms, legs, even an eye can be replaced with cybernetics, but the mind?" she shakes her head. "Either way, the truth will come out, whether willingly or unwillingly."

Navi has posed:
"Going by what I'm seeing, it's going to be unwillingly," Navi observes. "So what exactly is the story with these guys? If this is a 'Shut up, Navi' moment, just say so, and Shut Up Navi will shut up."

Athena (159) has posed:
The one speaking frowns. He clearly doesn't find Jorn's jokes funny. "What results?" he says.

When Ellari comments about replacing limbs with cybernetics, he just regards her coolly, showing no emotion. "I'm not a bargaining chip you should displease," he says. "If I lose my mind, you'll get nothing."

The other finally looks up, his expression desperate. "No, please! Don't hurt him. We.. we can come to an agreement."

"Don't talk about us like we're not here," the first one who'd started speaking says to Navi. "You could just ask."

Meanwhile, back at the junkyard, Zetha is likely either finished with working on the drill bit, or will still be laboring away when she'll hear a knock at the door.

Cayde Alexis has posed:
Cayde had been helping Zetha with the drill back at the junkyard. The Force does come in handy, when you're dealing with putting a puzzle of some kind back together.

Zetha Rumir has posed:
Zetha is just putting the last bits of the drill piece together when she hears the knock at the door. "Be right back." She says to Cayde while standing and moving to the door itself. Like before, she only opens it a crack. Still being very cautious of who is there - because if she has only a split second to see and then slam and lock the door if it's an unwanted person - a peek behind the curtain is better than letting it be wide open.

Ellari Zin has posed:
"Well, maybe. Maybe not. Maybe we'll get the truth, and -then- you'll lose your mind. I still haven't decided if it's worth the risk." Ellari replies, shrugging. Then she turns to the one who begged. "An agreement, you say?"

Navi has posed:
"I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to /them/," Navi says to the cranky one, leaving it at that.

Athena (159) has posed:
"Zetha!" The voice is familiar. "I miss you. Are you coming back to convent soon?" She'll immediately recognize the voice, it's Crane. Well, that was hasty. It'd only been a few hours, since he'd last checked in with her.

He chuckles. "And if I lose my mind -before- you get the truth?" He looks over at Navi. "What good does that do you? They don't have answers. I do. I'm only here because I -want- to be here."

The other licks his lips. He really has nothing to offer Ellari. He's naked, afraid, and alone.

Zetha Rumir has posed:
The door opens a little more as she recognizes Crane's voice. "I already told you. I don't know. I'll have to think on it. Wiis is in -danger-... if you haven't heard. I can't just...leave her..." Zetha's more awake now. Alert. That nap did her some good after all. "Hell for all I know me being at the convent could put the convent in danger. I had my life threatened not so long ago, Crane. I can't put people in danger. I won't." Though she moves out of the way then. "You're welcome to come in though."

Cayde Alexis has posed:
Oh, him again? Cayde rolls his eyes. This two-personas thing was getting rather awkward. What would Zetha think once she learned the truth? Eventually...

He goes back to focusing on putting more pieces of the drill equipment back into each other.

Ellari Zin has posed:
"Like I said, it's a risk. But, if it's that or nothing, I don't have much of a choice on chancing it, now do I?" Ellari points out to him. "You want to be here? Well, I'm glad for it, then."

Jorn (418) has posed:
Jorn looks toward Ellari, "What should we do with them. I mean we can get some truth serum or something similar to that?" he asks softly and looks back at the pair.

Navi has posed:
"Because I don't really care that much. This is a Mandalorian issue. I don't much care who you are, as long as you're locked up here looking stupid and not causing trouble in my jurisdiction. Unless it comes out that you were involved in a crime on this planet, in which case we're going to talk," Navi replies, shrugging at the loud one.

She looks to the silent one thoughtfully. "I'd guess he's the one that's only a year old. They only really get willfully obnoxious at three years old... which sort of opens the question about how old the /other/ one is..."

Athena (159) has posed:
The young Tholothian immediately pushes into the room, and embraces Zetha tightly. "I know," he says, "You told me. But if being at the convent puts me in danger, then doesn't that mean that you being -here- puts Wiis in danger? You can't win at this game, Zetha. It doesn't matter where you go, until you finish the task or get someone else to do it, you'll be living in fear." Then he hugs her even tighter. "Or you could just not worry about it. If he hasn't bothered you about it at all since, then maybe he's just forgotten about it. I saw all the marauders go back into the Gorge earlier today, anyway. Clearly they have other more important matters to worry about."

Just then, Zetha's communicator buzzes. It's a text transmission from the doctor. <Zetha, I just received word from Thaarin that they found a couple of Mandalorians in the Gorge and he's speculated that they might be strongly connected to 'Jasper.' I'm coming up to Kublop to investigate. Mondrian, Veena, and Thaarin are going to accompany me and we all think you should probably come along as well. I'm going to notify Navi and Cayde as well>

Navi and Cayde will then hear their comms buzz, as well.

The one doing most of the yapping finally looks at Ellari and Jorn directly. "I want to see the Dark Saber," he suddenly says. "I just want to know that it's real. Then I'll tell you everything."

The other one seems to be in disbelief. "...what??"

Ellari Zin has posed:
Ellari shrugs at the request and glances over at Jorn. That's his jurisdiction, and she'll let him make that decision on his own.

As for what to do with them... "I don't have any 'truth serum' on hand, other than that...boy, I suppose. The Jedi."

Navi has posed:
"Padawan Alexis," Navi supplies to Ellari. Then her comlink buzzes, and she reaches for it. "Yes?"

Jorn (418) has posed:
"If the Jedi can scan them. Figure out their story. Why they were stripped. Something, anything," he says openly figuring out that would be a good way to start things. If he didn't need them alive, Jorn would have used two blaster bolts to get rid of a couple of headaches. He leans on Ellari's ship where Ellari, Jorn and their captives currently are amongst others.

Zetha Rumir has posed:
Zetha returns the hug, but only briefly, before she steps back again. "He didn't threaten you. Or the convent. He threatened me. And Wiis. So me being here doesn't put her in any more or less danger. And if I'm -here- I can at least do my best to protect her." Zetha says and then scoffs at the other comment he makes. "He can leave the gorge just as easily as any other place. I-I don't..." But then her comm buzzes and she looks down to read it. Then she frowns but she replies <Okay. Let me know where I need to be and when.>

She then looks back over at 'Crane'. "But when I say that I don't know and I'll think about it, you can't just come here a few hours later and ask the same question. I don't want to put you or the convent in danger...and danger is just what I might bring if I go back. So I'm going to stay away from the convent for a while. It's for everyone's good." Then she motions. "I need to go make sure Cayde isn't managing to bust his hands or something..." And then she turns to walk back over to the drill they've been putting together.

Cayde Alexis has posed:
Cayde notices the commlink going off, and he looks at it. He replies with a simple < Okay >

Then he goes back to working on the drill. They were almost done, anyway. He just needed to hold these last few pieces in awkward places so that Zetha could weld them back.

Athena (159) has posed:
"Navi," the doctor says, "where are you? I just got word from Thaarin about those Mandalorians who were found in the Gorge. I'm coming to investigate. Please make sure Cayde is around for it, as well. Mondrian, Veena, and Thaarin are going to accompany me as well. I hope you don't mind."

"Look," the quieter one finally says, struggling against his bonds. "what don't you understand? We found ourselves lost in the Gorge, and encountered a mad witch. We displeased her somehow, I'm not sure how or why. Then she cursed us by removing all of our clothing and belongings. Why do you want to know that? What good does it do you? You want to search for the witch, and take our belongings as well??? Good luck with that. Good -kriffing- luck!"

The one who'd asked about the dark saber once again reiterates his desire to see it. "Let me see it," he barks. "The dark saber! You don't have even have to unbind me. I just want to ... see it. Let me see it!!!" he growls desperately.

"..." The young Tholothian man actually looks... hurt? "I'm sorry. What do you need from me right now?" he calls after her. "I thought you liked me. But if you want me to leave you alone, then I'll leave you alone."

Volken Mons has posed:
The ship groans as Volken makes his way into it. It might groan again if Er'gi arrives but it's hard to 'out groan' Volken. Especially if he's in a bad mood and lately...he usually has been.

He remoes his helmet for the first time in some while, shaking out his mass of dark hair and then reaching a hand up to drag it across his brickish jaw and the beard that's haphazardly forming in various untrimmed ways...and then he starts towards the others after setting his gigantic repeater cannons down.

"Alright.. so we got 'em. So now what? Cowardly one is Kassady. Bold one is Caine except apparently he's only a year old according to the jedi boy. So - explanations? Do we contact Thaelin and get some family history?"

As the one he's designated as Caine begins making demands, Volken turns slowly in his direction and asks, "Do you want to punch him? If not sure show it to him but I suggest you back up...over there. Let him get a good distance look at it. He's been obessesed with this thing so something's clearly up."

Zetha Rumir has posed:
Zetha stops in her tracks and turns around to face 'Crane' again. "Don't you dare do that to me. If you're going to kick me when I'm down, then you can surely turn your butt around and go back to the convent and your life of peace and tranquility. I'm knee deep in muck and mire right now I do NOT need another person toying with my feelings or making me feel guilty when I have nothing to be guilty for."

She turns then and keeps walking until she's back with Cayde and the drill. "I might need to go meet Doctor Cassias and some others...though I don't know if it'll be sooner or later, but he's heading into Kublop Springs, and I'd like to be at the station to greet him. Do you want to come with?" Asking this to Cayde.

Jorn (418) has posed:
Jorn just ignores every request about the Dark Saber. "That's what we're trying to figure out. Why one looks young when it comes to scans, but looks older than that," Jorn looks to the pair for a moment.

"Something feels off. I mean, did he create clone decoys?" that's Jorn's theory. It would be a good way to throw people off the trails. Subjects like transfer of conscience seem a little toof ar off for him.

"I mean, you know Caine's history, right? You know a bit of it. You know what the scans aren't saying. OR at least, what they're seemingly getting wrong," and that's what makes the gear in Jorn's head going. He's not sure why a scan, so rooted in science, be wrong when it comes to the age.

Ellari Zin has posed:
Ellari shrugs at Volken's suggestion of punching. "Do -you- want to punch him?" She arches a brow at the one who seems so desperate to see the Darksaber. "What's the rush?" she asks. "Do you doubt our very history? Or do you doubt that it's here? Why does it matter so much to you?"

She nods to Jorn. "Hmph, that would be consistent with the Jedi's observations, certainly. And I wouldn't put such unorthodox methods past him. So tell me, are you -really- Caine Von'egel? Or just a knock-off copy of him?"

Cayde Alexis has posed:
Cayde nods, putting the partially assembled drill down carefully. [You should know...Zealot will not harm] he tries to assure her.

Navi has posed:
"Hello, Volken. I think Cayde went to the junkyard with Zetha, if you're looking for him," Navi says from her perch near the two near-naked prisoners. One of whom could stand a good slap in her opinion...

Athena (159) has posed:
Crane shrugs. He doesn't seem upset or angry by Zetha's biting words. "What? Why would I try to make you feel bad for not liking me? I wouldn't blame you if you'd decided to not like me. I don't make close friends easily, and that's not anyone else's problem but my own."

"I'm sorry if I hurt you, if you want me to leave you alone, then I will," He says softly, without animosity or malice. "And I think that the co-deputy is right. You won't be harmed. I have a feeling," he says, "that everyone and everything will be alright." Then he offers her a small smile, bows and says, "May the Force be with you, Zetha. I wish you peace, happiness, and serenity." Then he turns to leave.

"I don't know," He announces, "I want to see the Dark Saber," he insists again. "And I want -help-." His eyes flash.

Navi, Cayde, and Zetha will then get a text transmission from the doctor, notifying them that he and the others are due to arrive in about five to ten minutes, and he'd like to know where he should meet them...

Volken Mons has posed:
"Well he could confirm things but maybe it's best he stays out of his head. Might be contagious, whever's going on in there." observes Volken as he hears Navi.

"No, not really." he says towards Ellari at that point. "Was just offering."

Volken sets his helmet down and steps forward to get a closer look. "He's -always- been interested in the saber from the sounds of it. Didn't he -steal- it before? Didn't Fett get it back in that mess that led to Revara bein' on Coruscant? I didn't get all the details. Now -this- whole mess with Jorn and over Revara no less? What're we missing here? There has to have been a real Caine... Maybe there still is somewhere... Maybe..."

He pauses keeping his next thought to himself and then simply looks to Kassady, "You got more answers then you're letting on here. -Talk- -SIng- Do -somethng- instead of bein' useless so we can sort this nonsense out. "

Zetha Rumir has posed:
Zetha tilts her head at Cayde in a curious manner. [How do you know?] Because being told that the one who held a pistol to your head is not going to harm you is pretty...weird...to her. She's about to say something else to Cayde when she hears Crane speaking again. Closing her eyes she takes in a breath as she hears the next thing Crane says. It hurts, but she doesn't know what to say here. So she doesn't say anything. One more person walking out of her life isn't going to change her current circumstances.

When she opens her eyes again, she gives a smile to Cayde that doesn't reach her eyes. Then that communication comes through and she shakes her head before typing into her comm in reply to the doctor <Cayde and I will meet you at the station. We're heading there now.>

Ellari Zin has posed:
"Help with -what-?" Ellari asks, arching a brow at him. "You're going to have to be more specific than that."

She gives a Volken a look, smirking slightly at his answer. If he didn't want to do it, why even offer to begin with? But she doesn't push it for now.

"If we're dealing with some kind of clone, then there must be a lab somewhere on Tenoo..." she notes, her gaze going over to Navi.

Cayde Alexis has posed:
Cayde watches 'Crane' leave. Perhaps it was for the best. For now, anyway. [The Force is my ally] he replies to Zetha's question rather vaguely. [He will not harm you]

He glances down at the message coming through, reading it but not responding.

Navi has posed:
"Those shifty Arkanian scientists at Whatever Bend have a lab close to the Vergence," Navi observes. "If I was going to point a finger at anyone being too interested in cloning around here, it would be them."

Athena (159) has posed:
Kasseady bares his teeth at Volken. "I don't have any answers for you!!" He shouts angrily. "What do you want me to say? That I know my brother is here, on Tenoo, hiding out in the inn just across the street!? That would be a cowardly attempt to lie to save my own skin, hut'uun!!" He then slumps against his cuffs. "I don't know anything," he laments. "I wish I did. I came here hoping to restore my reputation in the wake of the wreck he left me in. Now I'm left with less than I came with, which was nothing but the clothes off my back and my armor..."

"The only thing I know for certain is that... that person. That ... -thing-. Is not my brother. I can feel it in my blood. He is not agol."

The other bound hostage glares at Kass, but offers no words. "Let me see the Dark Saber," he insists again.

The doctor then messages both Navi, Cayde, and Zetha. <See you all soon, then?> Hopefully at least Zetha will show at the tram station when the doctor arrives...

Navi has posed:
"I'm aboard the Mandalorians' ship, Doctor. They're interrogating the two prisoners. It's been both hilarious and unnerving," Navi replies to the Doctor over the comlink. "Have a safe trip."

Zetha Rumir has posed:
Zetha nods to Cayde. "Well. If you say so...doesn't mean I'm going to immediately drop my guard..." She offers this much and then motions to him. "Come on. It's about a five minute walk to the station from here and we have just about that much time to get there." She then offers him a smile before taking a breath. "And thanks. For the nap, and for sticking around. Your company was appreciated and enjoyed." With that, she heads towards leaving and going to the station, hopefully with Cayde none too far behind her.

Cayde Alexis has posed:
Cayde nods. [Any time] he offers, when she thanks for him helping her sleep. He then follows her to the station to meet Soren.

Ellari Zin has posed:
Well, at least Kass was smart enough to figure -that-. Ellari nods at Navi. "Well then, I say we take him to said lab, and demand the truth from said Arkanians." Simple as that. And it'd be even simpler with Volken around. "If they're working for the -real- Caine, then it's as good a lead as any on finding him."

Volken Mons has posed:
Kassady admitting that aloud...seems to have done what Volken was hoping for. He nods his head and straightens back up and steps away from him to then turn towards the others. "Alright." he rumbles.

"And I changed my mind. Don't let him see the Dark Saber. This thing is probably booby trapped or something. MIght turn into some sort of winged fire breathing monster once he lays eyes on it... But we at leas tknow that there -is- a Caine which is what I was worried about but fine. One conspiracy down, twenty to go."

He then turns and gestures at Kassady, "We should give him a chance to earn his honor back and find out what happened to his brother."

He turns towards Kassady, "You got that? YOu're not gonna go callin' home and tryin' to go tell on us ...are ya? You wanna know what happened to your brother as much as we, right?"

Athena (159) has posed:
<I'll meet you there, then> The doctor notifies Navi.

Moments, later he's stepping off the tram, and he sees Zetha and Cayde approaching. His gaze flicks from one to another. "How are you two holding up?" he asks softly, reaching over to pat Cayde on the shoulder gently. Thaarin, Veena, and Mondrian are tailing him, but he gestures for them to go on ahead. "Navi's at Ellari's ship," he says, "I'll catch up with you all there in a bit," he says. Thaarin kindly greets Zetha and Cayde before he's hurried off by Mondrian and Veena, who just give the young padawan cold looks.

The one insisting to see the Dark Saber goes silent, but his expressions hardens and becomes angry and weirdly distant. Something is definitely off with him.

Kasseady scoffs at Volken. "And how the hell would I go about doing that? I have no armor, no clothing, and I can't even be certain my own ship is where I left it."

Zetha Rumir has posed:
Zetha smiles at Soren and inclines her head to him. "Doing better." She offers this and then gives a little smile and wave at Thaarin just before he's rushed off with the other two. Though she notes that cold stare given to Cayde and raises a brow before shaking her head.

"I mean, aside from upsetting 'Crane' because I can't seem to be able to go a week without pissing someone off." She shrugs it off though. "Anyway and besides, what do you need? How can I help?"

Cayde Alexis has posed:
[I am okay] Cayde replies to Soren's question, again rather vaguely as he often does. The cold glares from the detectives don't come as a surprise to him.

Ellari Zin has posed:
Ellari rolls her eyes, not approving of giving Kass this 'chance'. She scoffs. "What reputation? What honor? You had none to begin with."

"We should take him to these scientists and force them to come clean."

Volken Mons has posed:
"I dunno how but I still had to ask so you can't say I didn't. Yer ship's fine .. aside from the dent i put into it when I punched it. Should still be space worthy though. I pulled my punch... We'll get you some clothes so you got some dignigty and figure out your armor later. We can't have that just wanderin' around to fall into non Mandalorian hands but first you help figure out whose after the Dark Saber and maybe they'll stop laughin' you right out of Sundari for your part in all of this..."

He waves a hand, dismissively. Negotations, such as they were, are over.

"Pretty much." he then says to Ellari, "One more body on our side i case things go wrong. one more person to get shot at, eh?"

Athena (159) has posed:
The doctor sighs. He seems rather dissatisfied with Cayde's response. "We're going to talk later," he says to Cayde.

Then he turns to Zetha. "Zetha, this isn't the time to be pretending. We're past the point of facades, remember? I know there's important work to be done but none of us can afford for you to not be mentally and emotionally ready for it. What happened with Crane? What is he upset at you for?" He continues walking, heading in the general direction of the starport, where the Amber Clad is stationed.

"You -dented- my ship!?" Kasseady lets out a string of unrepeatable Mando'a curses out loud. "After this is all over, you're going to pay for all this. I'll make you regret the day you were born!"

Zetha Rumir has posed:
"If it were a facade, I would be telling you everything is fine and there's nothing to worry about. Crane wants me back at the convent. I told him I would think about it. Then he asked again. So I told him that I had to protect Wiis, and I didn't want to put the convent in danger. And then he made some remark about how if I don't like him and want him out of my life then he'll leave." Zetha shrugs then. There's more to it, but she can put it aside. It's not important.

Surely not as important as the state Crane will be in mentally if she ever finds out the whole truth about him being Zealot.

"Anyway. He also acted kinda weird and like...he didn't have any concern that my life was threatened. Which is weird to me. But that's something for future me to worry on. Present me is ready for whatever you need me for."

Cayde Alexis has posed:
[Okay] Cayde replies, although his expression is downcast. Not that he really -looks- upset, but he certainly doesn't look happy, either. But he almost always looks something like this. When Zetha mentions Crane's behavior was odd, he just looks away.

Volken Mons has posed:
"It was only a little dent." protests Volken, not sounding worried in the slightest.

"You know. Just a bit bigger then my fist. It gives the ship character."

Ellari Zin has posed:
Ellari just rolls her eyes even harder at this. "Do you see now what I meant by 'what honor'?" she asks, glancing at Volken. "The hut'uun had none to begin with, anyway."

Athena (159) has posed:
"Zetha," Soren says frankly. "Respectfully, you cannot protect Wiis. I cannot protect Wiis. That's Cayde, Navi and the other Jedis' job. And I don't want you to try to. You'll get hurt, and so will Wiis."

He shakes his head at Zetha. "I am going to be honest, I don't find that terribly unusual. Jedha is full of pious sorts who dedicate themselves to studying and worshipping the light side of the Force. He probably said something about the will of the Force being what it is, didn't he? It's... typical. They believe in some greater purpose, and that everything that happens is just supposed to happen, and we should accept our fates. The Jedi are a perfect example of this. You're not likely going to find them showing any kind of exaggerated emotion, ever. Even if some planet is on the verge of imploding and billions of lives are at stake." He suddenly looks weary, and glances over at Cayde briefly. Then the look is gone. "It doesn't mean that he doesn't care. And if you still care about him, then you should tell him." He pauses. "Don't wait, Zetha. For the love of light and all that's good, don't wait to tell the people you love that you love them. You might not have tomorrow."

At that moment, Thaarin, Mondrian and Veena arrive at the Amber Clad. The tall blue alien flashes a charming smile at Ellari and waves. "I think we've found ourselves unlikely allies," he says to her, "the doctor has come up from the colony to help examine and discuss that rather interesting hostage you're keeping aboard your ship. We could find a time a chat, and soon, I should hope."

Zetha Rumir has posed:
Zetha's not dumb. She notices how Cayde looks away when she brought up Crane's behavior. Adding that to the fact that Cayde told her Zealot wasn't going to harm her. Sure Cayde had promised he'd protect her but... "Cayde? What is it? Do you know something?" Because she's gotten to know Cayde a bit, and this is definitely Cayde's I know something but I'm not saying anything look.

"I..." There's a pause and then she slumps almost dejectedly. "I have to keep her safe. I have to make sure Zealot doesn't just show up randomly and wind up killing her if I'm not there because he's upset with me. I can protect her that much." She then gives a look to Soren when he talks about Crane and then shakes her head. "Alright. I get it. But something still felt odd about it. I do like him though, he's a great guy. And I think it's more they don't outwardly show their emotions. The Crane I talk to in person can be a lot different than the one I text on occassion." She chuckles at that and then shrugs. "I'm not putting my personal issues in front of a very real and active situation. I'll resolve it, I always wind up doing so. Now will you please tell me what we're doing?"

Ellari Zin has posed:
[...know something what] Cayde asks, trying to give the impression that he doesn't know what she's talking about. However, his expression has not changed. He isn't sure if telling her the truth would make matters better or worse quite yet.

Athena (159) has posed:
"If Zealot wanted to kill Wiis, there wouldn't be anything you could personally do to stop him. If he was going to kill her because he's upset with you, I doubt there'd be much you could do to dissuade him from doing so at that point. But I don't feel like I need to be telling you this, you know it, deep down. You just hate the idea of not being able to protect her from a situation that you perceive as being created by you."

"What happened, happened. There was a fundamental disagreement about what was right and what was wrong, and even I myself am not sure entirely what the right decision was. Either way, you can't change the past, so don't rue over events that can't be changed. Learn from the past, keep moving forward, that's all." He then waves a hand dismissively at Zetha. "You are," he says, "because I am telling you as your therapist that you need to. You need to sort this out before you do anything else. Go find Crane, talk to him. Tell him how you really feel, even if you aren't entirely sure how to say it. You still need to try, the effort is what matters." He then starts heading for the starport. "I'll brief you later on my findings. I'm going to stay the night, and perhaps the next so there will be plenty of time to discuss next steps regarding the Mandalorians." He then looks to Cayde. "Let's go," he says, "we should go meet up with the others. And you, Navi, Zetha, and I are all going to sit down and have a talk later, too. There's that as well."
