Knowledge of the criminal underworld is often key to surviving--and thriving--on the streets. This skill involves knowledge of underworld criminal organizations.

Benchmarks

• 1 - 10: Basic street smarts, could live on the streets for a few days
• 11 - 20: Intermediate street smarts, could live on the streets for a few months
• 21 - 30: Advanced street smarts, likely from living a large portion of life on the streets and could live on the streets indefinitely

• +10 to difficulty if city is unfamiliar to the character
