Language

The art of communication in all of its varied forms. This skill may be rolled during situations wherein a character may be attempting to learn a new language through exposure, and is used to determined how many languages a character may know. See the Languages page for details.

Benchmarks

• 1 - 9: New language is completely unfamiliar
• 10 - 20: Able to discern some similarities to known language(s), enough to understand basics
• 21 - 30+: Able to discern enough to engage in everyday conversation
